Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Burned candles are not eligible for returns.

If you believe an item was damaged in transit, contact us (scenteddesignsbykate@gmail.com) within 3 days of receiving item. Include a photo of your damaged item and we'll work to make it right!
Sorry, no returns on personalized or custom orders.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your returned item is unused and in the original condition, we will initiate a full refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item).
If we receive the wrong shipping address from you and item is returned to us, buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
