We want you to love your candle(s), so if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Burned candles are not eligible for returns.

Please contact us at scenteddesignsbykate@gmail.com to initiate a return. 

 

If you believe an item was damaged in transit, contact us (scenteddesignsbykate@gmail.com) within 3 days of receiving item. Include a photo of your damaged item and we'll work to make it right!

 

Sorry, no returns on personalized or custom orders. 

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your returned item is unused and in the original condition, we will initiate a full refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping 

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item).
 

If we receive the wrong shipping address from you and item is returned to us, buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs. 

For best results, burn your candle until the melt pool has reached the edges of the glass. People don’t always know that wax has “memory” and will remember where it has been burned. Prevent tunneling down the center of the candle by burning it long enough each time to build up the melt pool to the edges. If you do this, the wax will burn cleanly down the sides of the container and maximize burn time.
